After the soulful performance of Georgia Anne Muldrow & Dudley Perkins from we welcome PIRAHNAHEAD from Detroit with KID SUBLIME from Amsterdam.

PIRAHNAHEAD is as a producer, DJ, orchestral arranger and musician a real musical all-rounder. He released on Danny Krivit’s “King Street Sounds”, Moodymann’s “Mahogani Music”, conducted strings for DJ Spinna and played in Theo Parrish’s “Rotating Assembly”. This evening he’ll be true to his Detroit roots and play a deep, soulful set.

KID SUBLIME, from hometown Amsterdam, always been heavily inspired by soul music and ever-since his worldwide tour with Zuco 103 and release as “Rednose Distrikt” it’s impossible to imagine the scene without him.

This evening at the MC theater (Westergasterrein, Amsterdam) we’ll see them drop a set together and we secretly hope to be able to contribute to a future cooperation between the two.
